I've had rosacea for at least 6 years now, and it has really calmed down to the point where I don't notice it a whole lot any more. It does still flare up when I exercise and if I apply steam on my face, but I don't seem to flare anymore to things like foods and alcohol, etc.

I read about the whole link with demodex and really, didn't think too much more about it. I've been using a product from Purple Emu which has been helping...so, I've really just forgotten about it.

well... I've been treating a very serious systematic candida infection for the last 2 months, and I just started taking Olive Leaf for it. I got some itchiness on my body which is part of the detox, but today, I took my second dose. OMG. My face and eyes and lashes felt like something was moving all over them, and my rosacea suddenly flared up. It's freaking me out. I suppose this is Demodex? I do get a slight itch on some other parts of my body periodically, but the movement in the face is really freaky!!

I'm still using the purple emu stuff, which has sulfur in it, but is there anything else I can apply to the skin to help? Is there anything I can apply to the eyes, as I feel a lot of activity there?
