Your symptoms sound similar to mine.HAVE YOU HAD YOUR THYROID LEVELS CHECKED? Make sure they check T3 and T4 and reverse T3.

I went mis-diagnosed because they did not check all the thyroid levels..if thyroid hormones are out of balance it will fatigue adrenals and may make your cortisol low.

Suggest you obtain book called THYROID SOLUTION by DR AREM and FROM FATGUE TO FANTASTIC by Dr Teitelbaum

My Testerone and Dhea were also low.
