l-Fatiha | 7 verses | The Opening     سورة الفاتحة  
Sura #1 | Makkah
  1 Bismi Allahi alrrahmani alrraheemi                           In the name of Allah, The Most Gracious, most merciful  
  2 Alhamdu lillahi rabbi alAAalameena                         All praise and thanks are Allah's the Lord of Mankind, jinn and all that exist  
  3 Alrrahmani alrraheemi                                             The Most Gracious, the Most Merciful  
  4 Maliki yawmi alddeeni                                             The only Owner of the day of Judgement  
  5 Iyyaka naAAbudu waiyyaka nastaAAeenu                 You alone we worship, and You alone we ask for help.  
  6 Ihdina alssirata almustaqeema                                  Guide us to the straight way.  
  7 Sirata allatheena anAAamta AAalayhim ghayri almaghdoobi AAalayhim wala alddalleena      The way of those on whom You have bestowed Your Grace, not he way of those who earned Your Anger, norof those who went astray.

 These are the words to say 7 times on water.  Spit on the water lightly when finished as to get some saliva from your words in the glass.  When drinking say "In the name of Allah or God"
