If you don't try the Fleet enema you won't know what you are missing when you do the regular kind. Just make sure theres nothing between you and th toilet. A regular enema is embarasing when somebody else gives it to you because you are giving them control over you. When they give you the enema you can't keep from going. It doesnt jus cure you constipation it makes you so full you can't hold it back. sometimes you cant hold it to get it all in and get to toilet. 2 quarts will really fill you up and make you go even if you dont use lots of soap. the fleet enema is small and wont fill you but its so strong that you cant even try to hold it after the first 5 min. A doctor told me they like the fleet for cleaning out the patient to look inside with a scope because it has something in it that cleans you out. but its so small it cant clean out very much. you can do both put the fleet enema in first then the big one you will have the fleet to clean you out and teh water to push it all the way in just dont wait after the first before the other.
