It is that mag deficiency that keeps Lyme and co-critters inline. No mag no multiplication, unfortunately for us that also means we are mag deficient and becoming a magnet for Heavy Metals.

IMO the best bang for your buck is Mag Malate and I would look for Magnesium Malate Trihydrate at least that is the only one that works well for me:
