Dr. Sutter likes the coke flush. Use the search feature here on this forum. Also look at his "Basics" post under the 'R' section. Also go to his website and listen to the radio show on the link there!!!!!!!!
What is the best flush recipe? The one that YOU are able to do that doesn't make you so miserable that you don't feel you can repeat it.
some people don't like epsoms, some people wouldn't do it without. It's a process and a learning curve.
