Mine just arrived today--milk kefir and water kefir.

As of now, I've only just recently had the fake powdered kefir I've used in pineapple juice, and I started a culture of apple juice yesterday with some of the cultured pineapple juice left over. It is bubbling like crazy. Should be ready by morning.

I felt and looked really good from the pineapple juice. It seemed like my skin was tighter and I had much better skin tone and a brighter complexion as well. Plus a lot more energy.

So I imagine the real stuff will be much better.
