I am not a doctor, but I don't think so. When doing a liver flush, nausea is connected with the liver. But, nausea say from the flu I think is more directly related to the stomach. Nurses are (or used to be anyway) taught to eliminate oily foods when someone was sick, as oil/fats can irritate the lining of the stomach and cause nausea and vomiting.
