It seems to me that just when I think I am winning the battle of the perimenopause, I realise I am not. I appeared to have symptoms of oestrogen dominance/endometriosis, and begain using prog. cream, from day 14 onwards. The mental fog lifted, and I felt quite normal for a while. Lost a few pounds also, along with bloating...all good. Then suddenly I started getting palpitations, quite severe, hair shedding quite badly. I stopped the cream and within a few days the palpitations began to stop, feel so much better. I really thought that I had found the magic remedy for me, alas not. Just wanted to add that was using only a small amount of cream.

Has anyone had a similar experience? Any ideas...somehow I don' feel that prog. cream is the magic bullet, not for some.
