Thx ML - I do admire the persistance !!

I will be working on a 'creative garden' this weekend. I have limited space.. am going to plan greens along my fence in raised planters (hanging on the fence)..

This will allow flexibility for sun exposure - and should enable me to grow good quality vegs.

I hear what you're saying about the mineral water.. but i know some have had issues after drinking it for years.. (I believe the famous Bragg family is an example)...

Short term - there is no quicker way to alter body chemistry - agreed - but am in this for the long haul .. and will remain patient.

I do appreciate your work and advice - we all have our own decisions to make...

You have opened my eyes on the food issue - thanks for that..
