You are probably right, I did ramp up too quickly, and as you have rightly indicated, is the reason why I feel so sick .


Im afraid the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement is going to have to wait though....urrrghhh
thinking about it is making me hallucinate its smell.
Its a love hate thing with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement .
Not lovin it at the moment , later maybe.
