I think it was most probably dehydration. Dehydration cause also cause low blood pressure. After having a similar experience I started drinking a glass of water in between the two Epsom Salt doses as well. If I get up to the bathroom at night, I stop by the kitchen and drink a glass of water before going back to bed, too. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate.
