Just wondering if peppermint flavored Milk of Magnesia is not available ,is there an alternative to acieve the same result?

Will gargling with diluted H2O2 help to kill bacteria & other germs in the mouth ? And on top of that gargle with something to make it more effective(alkaline) ?

If this is the way to stop mercury from bothering me, i cannot wait to get started on this.Before i knew the dangers of mercury ,i had one large filling in my wisdom tooth last year ,after which my already poor health went seriously downhill.I believe it was the one last thing I let my dentist do ,that triggered a health disaster!

I am already doing the footbaths, gradually will move to tub baths and the BSM drink is somthing i know i need , coz whenever i drink it, I just seem to want more .

All your answers are very simple & logical and hence very convincing .
