Thanks for the sweet thoughts! I agree with your asessment, and the gist of that thread you link to. The tongue "reporting" to the brain is a very good way to put it. It may noit have been an actual Water Fast uhbtil the third day, but it was for the rest of the way. A year and a bit ago, I could NEVER have imagined the value of a water fast, not that it was even possible to go more than say, a week.
