Oh, you asked whether or not it can be reversed through diet. Unfortunately, the answer is no. Cushings can be caused by overuse of steroids. If this is the case, it can be reversed by the elimination of the steroids. However, most Cushings cases are caused by tumors on the pituitary or adrenal glands. Therefore, diet will not reverse it, since the tumors are causing the problems
