There have been numerous studies demonstrating that drinking distilled water is not a healthy practice. Our body needs the minerals that are present in natural spring water. Distilled water is completely mineral free, and drinking it regularly increases the risk of heart disease.

Pure bottled spring water is a healthier choice.
