100% Yes, one to two eggs are are great. From 6 months up to one year feed baby 1 to two yolks per day because babies don't have digestive enzymes for the whites yet. But after one year whites are ok. I like to scramble them and add cheese and spinach and let them dip it in ketchup, they love it. I like the Weston A Price diet for growing well-formed children which includes raw milk and cod liver oil as well as organ meats such as chicken livers. Traditionally, indigenous cultures thrived on these staples of animal fats and no one ever need braces because they had the nutrients to form perfect bone structure and width in face. I wouln't put my kid on a vegan diet unless I really researched the crap out of it and made sure they got a ton of flax seed oil, coconut oil, etc, it can be very dangerous otherwise.
