I also have a colema board and ahve been doing 5 gallons every other day. My symptoms are indigestion, fatigue, lack of stamina etc.

I was wondering if you had any reactions to the colema. For example, did you ever feel dehydrated, did you take electrolytes, did you drink tons of water ?
