My dad was on ensure when he had cancer cause he could eat nothing else and by golly they taste good.

All processed and packaged items are bad especially salt but you can use sea salt but to a minimum. Newport objected to the rest of the article, not for sure if it was the salt thing. Chrisb1 wrote many articles in the diet forum on salt I will try to find and bring it up.
