Also, a full blood panel should have been run to catch any internal system disfunctions. The skin problems can be many things - how was she treated for the fleas? Many flea shampoos/sprays can over-dry the skin, causing a cycle of continuous itching, or there may be another cause that needs to be diagnosed.
