Did you see any colon junk come out? I had to take colon cleansing stuff for months, Barefoot's LBB for about 10 months--2-4 capsules a day-- (Schulze #1 and #2--5 days each x4) and then I got out about 15# of colon crap. Sometimes it takes a while. You might not have this much, but if you didn't see anything, then you probably need to keep at it for a little longer unless you are a very thin person and don't have much anyway.
