Hi Watch,

I can't remember if I actually tried it, but there was some discussion about it a couple of years ago. I didn't hear of any negative effects, but I don't know that it would be any more useful. Probably safe to try, but personally I wouldn't bother. It's up to you, just pay attention in case you start feeling sick or something is different. :)
