Here's out of my herbal book: make a tea of equal parts of black cohosh, pennyroyal and bayberry adding a little lobelia. Take one half cup every 3 hours. If you do not have these herbs, use as many as you have. A hot sitz bath or hot fomentations over the lower spine and abdomen help. Repeat as often as necessary. Stay dry and warm and carry on as much as possible with normal, daily activities.

Nattokinase is a clot buster. It's all natural. Not sure at all about this. Better wait for Doc's reply.
