Hi doc and everyone else. I have had extremely painful menstrual cramps since I started my period when I was 12. Part of the reason my liver probably got congested so much is because I had to take lots of pain pills EVERY month to get rid of the cramps. I have not been taking Ibuprofen since I started this program but I am in horrible pain that a heating pad can't completely help. I am just wondering if there are herbs that I can use in place of the Ibuprofen now that I am going drug free that will act as a painkiller so that I don't have to suffer through the cramps. I know the bad cramps will go away once I get through this program but I just need something for now to pull me through. Thanks.
