kebod, so sweet of you to ask me! I am actually better, although my gums still bleed a bit, and the usual mouth-washes that help- this time did not. I hope thats just some kind of cleaning and will go with the time. I am pulling, just did not received so far the Oregano oil I ordered online, but I stick with organic sunflower,10min+10 min in the morning. I skip the afternoon now, deside that its may be to much for my body. I am wondering what else to buy and try, this coconut oil is to powerful, may be olive oil? I dont know...
Bottom line- I am not in a top shape, but hope all will go with time,dont forget I am smoker for 26 years and its the end of the first month I stopped it. So, all together, I suppouse...
