Hi just want to know really if I should try a coffee enema again. I have quite a bit goning on health wise, one thing is that there is a lot of pain and inflammation of bowel pelvic area. I tried coffee enemas, as a friend who cured her self of Breast Cancer with this and diet swears by them. I fould that it did give me more energy, however it seemed to iritate the bowel leaving it feeling more raw. However I have resently come across something that says coffee enemas reduce inflammation,so should I have just kept trying with it? My friend said to uses part coffee and part camomile, is this right? Any advice would help...thanks Moonie
