Your concerns are well founded as when you are fasting it would just be plain ole common sense that the  toxins that are being relased will be also be passed by the milk. Also in the case of the laxative tea your child will most likely get diarhea. Add to all this the nutrition of the milk also being compromised and all these facts would make breastfeeding while fasting a resounding NO.
