Chiropractors can't always fix a problem instantly. Your lower back muscles and tendons are still pulling the joints back into the old painful place. Sometimes it can take a few treatments before the problem is really fixed.

Keep trying the chiropractic for awhile, it should start getting better. Be sure to ask the Chiropractor about why the pain increased a couple days after the treatment.
