Agreed - the poor used to likely consume whole simple foods - raised themselves (poor farmers?)...

Today... processed junk is likely.. esp for the city folks...

Food is the real cause of our heathcare issues in the US.. it would be refreshing to see ranking officials recognize that... and do something about it !!
