True, these are two separate (and quite common) symptoms resulting from the same thing: high levels of blood toxicity as most individuals experience in the aggressive detox that takes place in a water fast, particularly in the early stages. Once a person is free of toxicity(toxemia) these symptoms should no longer be present.
