but the poor are omnivores. They gotta be!

Typically, in rural areas, they grow lots of their food and raise their meat. They have traditions that preserve a bit of God's original wisdom as to how to do this well.

Their health is due to diff activities, food that has quality according to what is discussed here at Ask Moreless, NOT due to forced vegetarianism, as some have claimed!

Vegans have a lot of truth-twisting and downright lying to answer for!!!!

How do I know???

I am only 1-2 generations from such folks, and preserve some memories of these traditions it the parts of the world where my ancestors originated.
