I suffered the same symptoms until I cut out all wheat and Sugar out of my diet. Getting rid of the Sugar had the most profound effect on my energy levels. I no longer have digestive problems after getting rid of wheat and Sugar from my diet. Iodine (lugols) took care of the brain fog, I did have some nasty reactions when first starting lugols, but I persisted and these detox reactions have now subsided.
