I use zylitol instead of Sugar for anything sweet. Since doing this I have had no more problems with sensitive teeth. I use a natural bicarb based toothpaste with no fluoride as well. Using to hard a tooth brush can also cause sensitivity, use the softest toothbrush you can find.
