Interesting - I seem to have very similar symptoms.

Initially I started feeling much better when I started taking iodoral - then I crashed pretty bad with herat palpitations and feeling totally stressed out.

After stabilizing I have been trying to slowly increase the Iodine amount again, but again am starting to feel more stressed and cold. Cold all over, having a hard time staying warm again. That had been one of my prime low thyroid symptoms. I also hardly sweat again considering the work I do (I mostly trim horses hooves). My energy level is also again rather low.

As you, I also eat very healthy and have done so for some time (mostly organic veggies fruits and lean protein), have cut out all fluoride in my diet , sugar, dairy, have been eating more green smoothies, etc. since I crashed about 6 weeks ago and incorporated supportive measures (magnesium, VIT C, zinc, etc. )

I too have been thinking about trying the SSKI solution instead.
