Hi, R!

I think many in USA eat WORSE than the family shown!!!

No health plan will EVER make up for wrong-headed eating based on the idea that we can eat whatever we want with NO consequences!!!!

This is not only breaking our health, but our piggy bank. It SHOULD be viewed as the #1 national emergency.

We all might want to compose such a photo for ourselves, within our imagination, if not for real.

Then ask ourselves: Is this a healthy picture?

What steps can I take RIGHT NOW, TODAY to CHANGE FOR THE BETTER????

Then, actually make that new, better pic a reality!

Keep seeking, applying, sharing accurate knowledge in order to
Keep seeking abundant life and joy!

Even if only a baby-step at a time.
