Can essential oils make a real difference in the severity of Depression? if so which oils or combinations are recommended?

Also having just found young essential oils..are they really superior to other oils../ or just much more expensive and hype?

I don't think that second part can be answered easily as I am sure there are lots of points in favour of young oils..so I am not judging by asking these questions.
