for only five dollars more, i make the SSKI a 2% I2 solution all in one. this is the second most effective formulation i have found for all phases of Iodine supplementation. the first is, of course, SSKI in combination with magnascent 2%. for those looking to solve serious medical problems, especially if time is of the essence, then that would be my first choice. in fact, i dont want to be without some magnascent around, regardless of using the other for every day.

SSKI 2% can be used topically to paint or use on wounds, etc. taken with water only on an empty stomach, it provides both forms of Iodine in amounts that are effective and easy to take compared to lugols.

SSKI 2% has the same uses as lugols, is not as harsh, and provides much more total Iodine per drop than lugols.

after over two years of experimenting personally with iodine, SSKI 2% is the ratio of I2 to Iodide that i prefer, whether taking a little or a lot.
