Well, shoot! wouldn't you know it -- I've been using a prebiotic made from FOS. The product is called Inuflora and I thought it was the cat's meow. I didn't know there even was another form of FOS. What kind do you use?

Have you checked out the Candida 8 boards. We're really hooping over there -- I love the support group aspect of this place. It really helps!

I'm going to have to give these cleansing ideas a bit more thought -- maybe try them once my system settles down a bit -- I'm afraid my insides are a bit too cleansed and need to settle down some first.
