lajoanna~ (sorry to butt in) BUT theres something about uny and her following schulze/christopher with some tweaking that really draws me. I guess because its common sense to me and really shes always telling you to listen to "the doc within". Really its about helping yourself, NOT harming. And only you really know how your body feels when your cleansing. I feel really strong about only believing in something that has been done over,and over,and over(x1000's) again with RESULTS!! Its really up to you what you chose but as for ME this feels right, right here in natural healing with uny~eme
