Hello,

I am taking an antidepressant and planning to stop taking it for two weeks only. I wonder whether I should stop taking it permanently and replace it with UT, as the first resutls in apathy.

However, I am fearful: will a long period of time pass before the UT affects me? How effective is it in treating Depression and anxiety? How will I function when detoxifying? How will the therapy be affected by my diet not being ideal?

Advice is welcome.
