You need to take a look at the Clymer Clinic website (Quakertown PA.). Dr. Poesnecker (now deceased) wrote several books on Chronic Fatigue & specalized for decades in Adrenal fatigue/failure. Dr. Neville has taken over the practice & is a fine doctor. People come from all over the country & the world to be treated at this very small clinic (they have housing for overnight to several month stays esp. if you're from Ca. or overseas...it was worth the 2 1/2 hour drive for me & I stayed when too tired or wanted multiple treatments in a week)...bottom line, I learned a lot & they helped me. They have various therapies that are usually not available & will fit the treatment to your needs. Their website needs some updating & some links don't work but there is a wealth of info there.

Licorice Root Powder (Italian is best if you can find it), L-Serine (Seriphos) & a few others will help a great deal but get someone in the know to go over the test & direct you as you need. Your Cortosol #'s are low..there should be a graph that also states what "phase" you are in...at least there is with the Diagnos-Techs of Washington test results...they originated the saliva tests in fact about 15 years ago & are very reasonable. Don't give up & don't expect to be better in a few weeks or with the 1st protocol someone gives...it won't happen. Again, read over the site esp. te basic questions at http://www.chronicfatigue.org/Basic%20Questions.html
Hope this helps...JK
