Hi,

Just wanted to pop in and say Hi. I am on day 3 of a 17-day cleanse. I've been cleansing since 2004 - I posted A LOT during my first cleanse here and people were so supportive. I check in now with every cleanse, but not much in between.

The first day was bad detox (usual caffeine withdrawal; I just do it cold turkey even though I know reducing the amount of caffeine in the days preceding would help reduce the withdrawa symptoms). Second day was good at first, but then I overdid it and ended up nauseous in bed. Today is going well, nothing spectacular but feeling good.
