I don't think that it is. I think that it is time to date again, get to know each other again, and have fun. If you want it badly enough, you can make it work. It's a common problem, focus is on the kids, they grow up and what do you have left? You actually have what you had to begin with, you just have to find it again. You can either divorce and start dating again or date and avoid divorce. Really good marriages take hard work, and getting a divorce is easy. Guess it's up to you, but being divorced isn't all that great. Why don't you try to make it work. Have a long talk and see what you can do. I hope that it works out for you.
