Hi there,
Well we're about the same age, and I have exactly the same symptoms,especially with noise, and feeling stressed out. I feel like I am going mad.. periods arrive without fail..but definetly think it's a perimenopause. Trouble is that you can feel as though it's just you, and it's interesting to read about other's similar experiences/feelings...just all very stressful, role on the menopause, so hopefully a sense of normality will return...is it that simple though? - Good luck, you are not on your on.
Just to say that I find herbal remedies such as lemon balm and vervain helpful, but there is much more to try.
