Don't worry... I never take anything Genetically-Modified-Organisms including soy, corn and canola oil...

The soy I eat...

- steammed organic edamame (soy bean/pod, few times a yr?)
- organic sprouted tofu (once a month)
- soy sauce (few times a week)

I did at one point consume wheat germs flakes and flax seeds on a daily basis for ~1yr or so. But, then my ND told me that wheat is evil, and had stopped since then...
