Layed in a pool, now that is wonderful. I went shopping for food and yes ate food too. I made me some wonderful wheat soup and then remembered I had to watch my food for tomorrows liver flush so froze it. I had a vegetable submarine sandwich instead. I love veggie sandwiches.

I had a slow day and just relaxing here as usual and getting ready to go to some work in the kitchen.
