Oh yes don't even say the word 'probiotic' LOL

I have tried just about all probiotics availiable here, from commercial yogurt to lactic acid bacteria capsules to homemade kefir. They all make it much much worse.

By the way, do you know the MIC(minimum inhibitory concentration) for any of these herbs?
