Dr. Kelley had everyone put ES in their coffee enemas (same reason as we use it in a liver flush). I did it for years - it makes the solution easier to retain and relaxes the biliary network. I added one tablespoon per 4 cups of solution.

It is very effective, but I don't recommend it for anyone that has ANY kidney issues (or adrenal issues. stress the kidneys and you also stress the adrenals).
