Thanks Trapper - Actually I took the capsule (100,000 heat units) with tons of mineral water and followed it with a wonderful cup of organic "chammomile tea"..

I will ask my cousin in Greece to send me the bulk chammomile flowers that are for sale everywhere in Greece. The aroma is like something you have never smelled before - just unbelievable and the tea from these flowers is light colored yellow not the dark, amber color I get from the organic chammomile tea bags which I get in Whole Foods - they are good, don't get me wrong, but there is nothing like the natural buds/flowers - I still can smell the wonderful aroma even though it's been years.

On my next trip there I will buy a huge supply and will be happy to send you some to enjoy if you like.

I did also buy a wonderful aloe vera gel today at Whole Foods and my poor stomach was killing me - I opened the bottle right in the store - lifted it to my mouth and guzzled down about 8 ounces or less - wow, what a quick result - the pain was gone within about 10 minutes - can you believe this? I hope everyone who reads this post and has similar problems makes a note of these tips.

So long for now Trapper - you are a dear friend indeed!
