I read your post and got all worried....
I also have to report that I don't feel any different having done the hydrotherapy session... meaning that I have not experienced any changes in my BM's and I am just plain disappointed... having read all these posts that claim that the first session leaves you feeling light and healthly, ecc... and I just feel disappointed :(
Could you elaborate and tell me whay she wasn't supposed to let me go to the bathroom? I did feel quite quickly like I had too much pressure in my abdomen...and when I told her, instead of releasing the water through the tubem, she would tell me to go...
Unfortunatly there seem to be no other therapists in the Miami area, and I don't want to go spend another $90 for nothing!

Do you have any suggestions as to where to go in Miami? I have the name of another woman, Naima, who operates out of the Nirvana Spa in Miami Beach... what should I ask when making an appointment to make sure I dodn't get "duped" again?
